• Elevate Travel & Events is not liable for any medical conditions, injuries, or accidents that may occur during the travel or event.

 

Itinerary and Service Changes:

• While we strive to adhere to the planned itinerary, circumstances beyond our control may necessitate changes.

• Elevate Travel & Events reserves the right to modify or substitute services, accommodations, or activities as needed.

 

Liability:

• Elevate Travel & Events is not liable for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by third-party service providers or unforeseen events.

• Travelers participate in activities and services at their own risk.

 

Photography and Media:

• Elevate Travel & Events may capture photographs or videos during events or trips. By participating, travelers grant permission for the use of these images for promotional purposes.

 

Force Majeure:

• Elevate Travel & Events is not liable for any delay, cancellation, or disruption due to force majeure events such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other unforeseen circumstances.
